Interstate (I-90 East) exit signs call this, "Wild Horses Monument", and the artist, David Govedare (of Chewelah, Washington), named his sculptures, "Grandfather Cuts Loose the Ponies". This set of 15 large steel horse sculptures are east of Vantage and west of George, in the state of Washington, USA. Most maps will likely say it is south of the city of Quincy, which is farther away (north) than the other two very small communities (perhaps a postal jurisdiction thing). ;)
