Our first destination on our road trip through the American West was Pepin, Wisconsin, to visit the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum and the replica of the log cabin on the very land where the famous author was born in 1876. We camped in our tent as much as possible on this trip, not just to conserve funds, but also because we really enjoy camping! Unfortunately, I forgot to shoot this before we packed up our campsite, so I decided to place the camera in the middle of the imprint left by our tent.
