Llanddwyn island

When people are thinking of North Wales it is normally more about mountains and rain - but the are lots of beautiful beaches here as well. Anglesey has miles of sandy beaches - Newborough beach alone is about 4km long. Llanddwyn island is only really an island for about 2 hours at high tide - the tide difference is about 5 meters so there is not really a way to cross at high tide.
