14/04/2015You have to use console, switch off all interface elements, pause the game and call cubemapShot command. Here's a very usefull post: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1306002. But you can do it with pausing game, making series of screen shot and stitch them in any panorama stitcher.
