A drones eye view of Cedar Springs in North Liberty. As a hobby, I test drones and software for various manufacturers and thought it might be nice to showcase our wonderful neighborhood. This is an excellent example of what a hobby drone can "see" from around 250ft. There are a few other hobbyists in the area, and hope we all can use generally accepted flight protocols: - No flights near airports, TFR areas and restricted airspace (FAA class B, C, D). - Stay below 400ft and maintain awareness for local air traffic. - Avoid “loitering" next to residential homes and apts. - Operate above 150ft in residential areas and respect right to privacy below 100ft. - Eliminate any material that inadvertently reveals someone in a place of privacy.
